I *think* the first book resolves enough that you could probably stop there and still feel semi-satisfied, but don't blame me if after reading the first one you are itching to continue with those characters in that world... :Pdanyahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07947267082874389487noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8955420282479112508.post-59853340576486357112011-05-05T19:43:42.329-04:002011-05-05T19:43:42.329-04:00Sierra, They really are great for summer. The way you were describing the sisters and their relationships in Entwined totally reminds me of the Penderwick family.

The Book Addicted Girl, I hope you enjoy them!

Alyssa, I know!! I’m so worn out from all these cliffhangers running around YA.

Danya, I saw the sequel too! Hm, do you have to read both books, or do you recommend maybe stopping after the first book because of that event in book two?

Madigan, The Decoy Princess sounds a lot like The False Princess, so I’ll be curious to see too. I think the library is finally sending a copy of TFP my way (I’ve had a hold on it for forever)

Book Geek, Me too! Honestly, I like pretty much any princess story :P

A Canadian Girl, Those Penderwick books are such gems. I’ve recommended them to all ages at my library and everyone loves them.

Alex, It does sound a lot like The False Princess, but The Decoy Princess came out first. I don’t care though, I don’t think I’ll ever get tired of that premise. I hope you enjoy it!

Logan, Totally full of win :P

Virgil, I hope you enjoy both of them!

Asher, I hope they are good! I’m pretty confident that the Penderwick book will be just as awesome as the first two. :)Small Reviewhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16072352095510905410noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8955420282479112508.post-39828447433932778142011-05-05T08:47:25.882-04:002011-05-05T08:47:25.882-04:00Hm, I'll have to check these out... It is always good when a book comes together at the end and has a way of providing true fulfillment and enrichment to the reader. The Decoy Princess sounds like a playful romance that I might find very amusing. A woman wielding magic is a powerful story device. I look forward to reading it.

Virgil Allen Moore
http://demonvampire.com/Virgil Allen Moorehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10934742640097126921noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8955420282479112508.post-10508963043331149802011-05-04T23:06:32.656-04:002011-05-04T23:06:32.656-04:00I love a sentence that can include both the word &...I love a sentence that can include both the word "nunnery" and "assassins." It was a while ago now, but I think I enjoyed them for the most part – they're full of intrigue and magic and all that good stuff :D However, I do distinctly recall one major plot point/revelation in book 2 that quite annoyed me though...it was like one aspect completely flipped around after it had been going in one direction for book 1 and part of book 2, which was frustrating and left me feeling a bit disappointed.
