  1. Yay! I'm doing this challenge too! Actually, have you read The Witch's Daughter by Paula Brackston? That one was good. :-)

    1. I have read it, but I wasn't a fan. I do still love the cover though! :)

  2. I just read Summers at Castle Auburn and loved it - came here to recommend it for your courtly books challenge (except it looks like you just added it), but it could also double for this challenge too, since Corie spends her time learning to be a witch when she's not at the castle. You really should read it.

    1. Yes, Ruby shamed me into adding it :) But it could double? Nice! I love knocking out multiple challenges with the same book. Thanks!

  3. Didn't sign up but I'm trying to think of a book with a witch that I've enjoyed... *goes into deep thought*
I can only think of a Breath of Magic and a Touch of Magic :P but they are full-on romance novels, :P don't know if you were aiming more for YA, though

    1. hehe Yeah, I'm looking more toward YA than not, but I don't think I'm going to be strict about it. I'm all about loose definitions when it comes to challenges :P

  4. Have you ever read the Sweep series by Cate Tiernan? Those are some good witchy books!

Witch & Wizard by James Patterson was pretty good.

A Discovery of Witches by Deborah Harnkess is awesome.

Those are my only suggestions I can think of off the top of my head. Good Luck!

    1. I haven't read any of those! Thanks! I've had my eye on all of them but I was never sure if they were good or not. I'll keep them in mind now. :)

  5. This one was an easy challenge for me last year. I guess I discovered I like to read about witches.

    1. I thought I had failed this one but then realized I managed to complete it on the low end of the range! My big downfall was that a lot of the books I had planned on reading weren't in my new library. I'm going to have to discover some new witch books now :)

It's all about friendly conversation here at Small Review :) I'd love to hear your thoughts!

Be sure to check back again because I do make every effort to reply to your comments here.

Because I am absolutely terrible about following through with blog awards, I can't in good conscience accept any more. Thank you very much for thinking of me though!
