I totally know what you mean. I'm on a book buying ban right now until I actually get some reading done.!! The Healer's Apprentice has a gorgeous cover, unfortunately for me the second book's cover tells me to "run away"...

ReplyDeleteGina, Isn't it a huge contrast in covers? The first one is so pretty, but the second one does turn me off. I read the first page or so of the second book though, and I do like the writing.

I have a pile of books waiting to be read in the next few weeks and I need to be good and not add too many new ones to the pile! The Healer's Apprentice is on my TBR list.
